2. Types of Information Collected
a. Establishing An Account. In order to participate in our service, sweepstakes or contests, you must be registered with SportsPlays.com and open and maintain an account with SportsPlays.com. During registration you are required to provide us with certain contact information (including your name, e-mail address and home address) and other personal information (including your date of birth and gender). If you are engaging in any transaction with a fee, you may be required to provide credit card or debit card details. This required information is necessary to process transactions, to issue a new password if you forget or lose your password, to protect you against credit card fraud and other financial fraud, and to contact you should the need arise in administering your account. This required information is used to send you information relating to our services or promotional offers.
b. Transactions. Each time you interact with the Site, the details of such transactions are collected and retained by SportsPlays.com.
c. Verification. In order to protect against potential fraud and to comply with applicable laws, the information you provide to us may be verified with third parties. b. Account Inquiry. Information on what (if any) personally identifiable information is held about you may be obtained by sending e-mail to email@example.com. We reserve the right to charge you a fee for providing such information.
